The way to love anything is to realize that it might be lost

  1. Would you believe me if I told you I was telling Swati the exact SAME thing, about 3 hours ago ?

    human beings are flawed.
    what good has evolution done to us if, in the million of years of changes, we haven't gotten rid of fear or haven't learned to realise what is special and what isn't?

    @nithya
    i'll tell u why this got me thinking sometime.
    the best time to say things is when the other person wants to listen.

  3. ..and don't think ahead to what you'll do if you lose it.

    Love your reply to sharanya. :)

    And the part to nithya about speaking when the other is willing to listen. absolutely true.

  4. One of the most beautiful lines i've ever heard. A request though Hari, please for heaven's sake don't turn this into a cheesy "good morning" text we receive each morning.

  6. Er, I agree with you. That was what I meant the first time. it was like a virtual nod or something. But the volution bit..well, I'm not sure that has anything to do with this. I can PROMISE you that 3 more generations will pass, and people will still not learn to love. Times may have changed-- we have computers, cars and cheddar cheese now-- but human beings have not. Not the basic emotions, at least. We're gonna keep making those mistakes all our lives.

    random thought that i had a while ago.. "people will love when there is something to love"
    :) n then read this.
    for humans to learn to love, we should become lovable..
    so, everyone ask yourself.. "am i lovable?"

  9. Evolution doesn't necessarily mean that the mind evolves too. The mind starts afresh every time it is born. And through its lifetime, it evolves..
